Corporate Housing is a perfect cost-effective alternative to an extended stay hotel. We feature 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes. They are fully furnished with everything you will need to make your temporary residence feel like home.

Who Uses Corporate Housing?

Corporate Housing can be used by anyone who finds themselves away from home. Some people travel for their jobs or they have been transferred to a new location and need to find something more permanent. Some may be between buying and selling a house. Still others are simply visiting the area and prefer a most home-like alternative to the hotel scene.

What is the advantage of staying in a corporate apartment versus an extended stay hotel?

There are many strong advantages to corporate condos. Our condos are spacious, comfortable and much less expensive than the cost of a hotel room. We include comforts of home such as cable television, free long distance phone calls and a furnished kitchen and private laundry. We also provide the necessities of a home office, including High Speed Internet and an in-home workstation.

What exactly does "fully-furnished" mean?

Each of our furnished apartments includes furniture with accessories, such as lamps, pictures, plants, etc. We include a 25" television, washer/dryer, DVD player, microwave and vacuum, all the needed kitchen utensils, plates, cups, saucers, pots and pans, and linens. We also include utilities including free long distance phone service. Everything you need to make our temporary residences truly feel like home.

How much do corporate apartments cost?

The prices vary for 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments; however we are confident that our prices are superior to hotel accommodations in the area.

What is included with Corridor Condos?

All of our condos come with free High Speed Internet, free Long Distance Phone Service, free Cable TV, a Microwave Oven, Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher and a Washer and Dryer. Many optional amenities are available as well; please feel free to ask about any specific needs or desires you may have.

Can I bring a pet?

Unfortunately, Corridor Condos do not allow pets. However, we will be happy to assist you in finding alternative boarding for your pet.

Is maid service available?

Maid service is available for an additional fee. Choose from weekly, bimonthly, monthly or just a one-time service.

Do you provide long distance phone service?

Yes, long distance phone service is included for free with all of our condos. International phone calls are not included but may be available as an optional amenity.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, we do require a security deposit prior to your move in. This security deposit is refundable based on account balances or damages.

Can you bill my company directly?

Yes, with the proper approval and information.
